  1. Wanderer492351

Great diving experience. Got my Open water and enjoyed very nice dives. Big thanks to Laura and all B&J teams, highly recommended place

  2. 348maximev

I went to B&J to complete my OWD, and I don’t regret it at all! My instructor Laura was very friendly and professional, taking care of our safety and making sure we had fun during the dives. The accommodation is really good, and all the staff were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely go back there if I decide to dive in Tioman again.

  3. roryjdoyle

Excellent dive centre with facilities for all types of recreational and technical diving. Friendly instructors plus good accommodation and a few decent simple restaurants

  4. Winjiann

Throughout my stay on Tioman Island, BnJ was well-organised and catered to me and my dive buddy’s every needs. We enrolled in a diving course with BnJ Air Batang. For convenience, we also booked our accommodation with Tioman Dive Resort next to the dive centre. It’s a short distance from ABC Jetty, and this bay is really the most beautiful and peaceful on Tioman. Despite the pre-season for us, there were plenty of eateries opened around. Me and my buddy enjoyed the food all around – truly unique selections. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. As for the course itself, our Dive Master was friendly and very supportive. He taught us well and in time for our short-short stay on the island. We managed to complete our course as well as some boat dives before the weather turned bad on our last day on the island – so we had the day free to cycle from ABC to Tekek and back. We also snorkeled by renting gears from BnJ. Alas, we finally got to see the amazing aquatic life up-close and got ourselves a pair of dive licenses for more. It was the best decision ever made.

    1. Getting There. U can take ferry either from Mersing or Tg Gemok straight to Kg Air Batang. From the pier/jetty its just 5 min walk to B N J Diving Center/Divetioman. 2. The Dive School. I guess B N J/Divetioman is the only one in Kg Air Batang/ABC with a proper office, good enviroment, nice bar with good price, a restaurant just nearby the dive school. Accomodation was affordable with good amenities and clean too. 3. My Experience there. I did my OWD, AOWD and Nitrox here. Was planning to Ko Tao for my OWD, fortunately i missed my flight and end up at Divetioman. My Instructor Mr Mok was exceptional, hisinstructions was clear, always trying to motivate n encourage you. Thank you Mr Mok!! I had a great time there diving. 4. The staffs and the enviroment. The staffs, the enviroment and the place is great. Ben and his wife, Mok, Achilles, Don, Laura, Hayati, Diki, Alex, Adam, Asyraf, Nas, Bob, Jay, Danny, Arif, Cali, Mike n Arnita are some of the Good Souls I met at B N J/Divetioman, sorry if i missed any! Thanks Again All. If u plan to dive at tioman, make sure its Divetioman (B n J Dive). I’ll comeback for sure. If you are coming with someone whos is not diving, thy can go for snorkeling, chill at the bar or going for hiking which is quite nearby from the dive shop.

  6. Toby L

Really enjoyed time diving with B&J, which has excellent kit, dive masters, speed boats and also stayed in their pleasant and convenient accommodation by the school. Don took us on a few great dives, he like others was easy going, friendly and helpful. Can really recommend this place!

  7. Igor V

I did my OWD+AOW here. I also planned 2 additional days for just fun diving and they were even more enjoyable.Relaxed atmosphere. Not too many people around, but still plenty of dinning options, but it’s still easy to get to the main village just by foot or by bicycle if you want to. October is almost the end of the season – the place is less crowded already. And weather and the visibility were still just great.BTW, it looks like they also have most clean&well-kept rooms around.I’d advise to finish you PADI e-learning before you arrive, to have more free time. Otherwise, you would always be in a rush.

Completed my OWD with B&J Diving Centre under instructor Mok just over the past weekend. I have been pretty fascinated and interested to pick up scuba diving for quite some time now but never found the chance to do so until now. The lessons taught by Mr Mok did not disappoint at all. It was really fun and interesting and we really picked up quite a bit of knowledge and skills from him!ABC bay in Tioman is also nicely located. With fantastic views all around far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A great way to chill and relax over the weekends and have my mind off work for a bit. The accommodation we stayed in (Tioman Dive Resort) is big and spacious as well. Overall I had a great and awesome time at B&J and most importantly, I had fun while scuba diving! Will definitely come back again in future!
